Terms of contract
The privity of contract entered into between the customer and TAC Informationstechnologie GmbH (referred to afther this as “TAC”) due to a placed order is bound by and complies with the relevant version of these terms and conditions at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Order
Technical steps for your online purchase: Selection of type and amount of items, entry of personal data, online payment by credit card, download and printing of vouchers.

Pricing and conditions of payment
The prices indicated in EUR include the Austrian value added tax (VAT). All prices are quoted unit prices as far as no other quantity is indicated in the shopping cart. Additional forwarding and shipping fees or local duties are to be payed by the buyer.
TAC reserves the right of correction if an error has occurred, the product descriptions are incomplete or the indication of prices is incorrect. In such a case, TAC will inform the customer about the changes immediately after recognizing the mistake or changing it respectively and the customer has the right to confirm or withdraw from the order.
In our webshop, online vouchers can solely be purchased and paid by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club). Orders by email or telephone are delivered to the home address and are charged cost on delivery.
All prices apply until revoked.

Retention of title
TAC retains the title of all goods until the complete and definitie receipt of payment.

Delivery
Online vouchers bought in our Online Shop can be downloaded and printed immediatley after the purchase.

Warranty
Warranty complies with legal requirements.
Claims for damages will not be accepted unless the damage can be attributed to gross negligence or intent of TAC.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal from the contract for twelve weeks starting with the receipt of the goods. The withdrawal does not require the stating of a reason and can occur in writing or by returning the goods preferably in its original packaging including the original invoice. In case the goods have been paid for already, the payment will be returned immediately upon receipt of the returned goods at TAC.

Validity of service and value vouchers
All service vouchers offered by TAC are issued with a validity date. Value vouchers do not have a validity date.

Privacy
The data expressed in the contract are only saved and processed for the purpose of accounting and customer evidence. The data are used by TAC to fulfill statutory provisions, to process payment transactions and for advertising purposes. The processing of the data is subject to the current Data Protection Act and is not passed on to a third party except if required to fulfill the contract.
If the customer does not agree to the use of the data for internal purposes, the customer has the right to object to this sort of use by sending a respective email to office@reservationassistant.com.

Court of jurisdiction
Court of jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is Hartberg, Austria.

Applicable law
The exclusively applicable law is Austrian law.

Exclusion of Liability
TAC does not assume liability for possible misprints, technical changes of goods or sustained ability to supply all goods.
